What’s In a Name?

“Cathead Foods” -- As the sixth of seven children growing up on a lean family budget, I could always count on my parents’ love, commitment and inspiration. Along with these blessings came my mother’s great home-cooked food. I’ll always remember early mornings around the oven waiting for those “big-as-a-cat’s-head” biscuits to come out steaming hot and so delicious. Having chosen this name to honor family memories, I plan to incorporate the same values of care and great taste in this new company.
